Members of the congregation frequently
form, or join, volunteer work groups to help our brothers and sisters around
the world who are in need of assistance. We have sent groups to Portsmouth,
Virginia to rebuild a burned out church; to St. Thomas, VI, to rebuild
a church destroyed by a hurricane; to Macy, Nebraska, to do various cleanup,
painting, and building; and to Goldsboro, NC to help rebuild homes destroyed
by a hurricane.
