Sunday Memorial Flower Request

This form is to request flowers for non-holiday Sunday flower memorials. (Holiday flowers will be handled in season.)

Flowers at The First Church in Albany are provided by Louis Bower Bannister at The Enchanted Florist & Gifts of Albany.

If you would like to dedicate a regular Sunday flower memorial, please submit a request at least two weeks prior to the date you wish the memorial to be published, as we finalize the bulletins in advance.  We generally do not have flowers on the pulpit for Drive-In Worship. If you have a special request for a summer Sunday, please contact the office.

Please fill out the form below so that we will have all the information needed. Make payment by check and send it to the office:

•  Make checks payable to The First Church in Albany
• Write "Flower Memorial" and date on the memo line of the check
• Mail to The First Church in Albany, 110 North Pearl St., Albany NY 12207. (You may also put your check in the offering plate on Sunday two weeks prior to the memorial date. If you submit your payment via the offering, please email [email protected] to alert our office manager
• Payment should be made only after this form is submitted

If you wish to help with the cost of flowers throughout the year, you may make a donation and note that the money should be for the "General Flower Fund"
